Hi, there! I’m Lisa—a modern therapist for millennial women based in Austin, TX. I specialize in anxiety, EMDR, and working with women who are tired of overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, and constantly trying to hold it all together.

I consider myself a down-to-earth, deeply human therapist. That means I show up as my real self in every session (boundaried, of course)—because trust and connection matter. The best healing happens, in my opinion, when you feel safe to be your real self, too. I’ll celebrate your wins, sit with you in the messy, and gently challenge the patterns that are keeping you stuck.

I’m here to help you finally put yourself first—and to slow down enough to hear what you actually need. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling grounded, fulfilled, and more connected—both to yourself and the life around you.

I believe deeply in the power of therapy because I’ve seen it work, both personally and professionally. I care deeply about every client I work with, and I’ll be just as invested in you.

My job is to help you understand yourself more deeply, notice the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and actually do something about them. Whether we’re processing old wounds, navigating a big life change, breaking free from perfectionism and people-pleasing, or just trying to make sense of your week—I’ll meet you with honesty, warmth, and zero judgment.
