Hey, I’m Lisa! I’m a modern therapist for millennial women based in Austin, TX. I specialize in helping millennial women move beyond anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing so they can live with clarity, confidence, and freedom.

I consider myself a down-to-earth, deeply human therapist and show up as my real, authentic self in every session (boundaried, of course). No weird blank stares, no excessive silent nodding, no condescending “therapist voice.”

Just a real connection. Feeling safe and truly seen by your therapist is more important than anything else we’ll do together. Truly.

Healing starts when you feel safe enough to show up as your true self beneath the buttoned-up exterior and all the “shoulds.”

I’ll walk alongside you, celebrate your wins, sit with you in the muck, and gently challenge you when you get caught up in the BS. I’m here to help you finally put yourself first and to slow down enough to hear what you actually need.

My goal is to help you truly understand yourself, develop real self-trust, feel grounded in your choices, and finally able be to enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to build.
